This past week, we learned and took notes about the Monroe Doctrine and the importance of the Manifest Destiny. We learned how it was significant to the westward expansion. We also learned about the Mexican War and how it affected the U.S.. We were asked to do an iPad scavenger hunt and look for educational resources. We also started a project about different regions including their economics, political, and social standing.
